Terms & Conditions

  • Commission estimated time of delivery will vary based on complexity. Generally, the time ranges between 1-2 weeks.

  • An invoice will be sent for the full price of the commission. 50% of the payment is due upfront and will also be specified in the invoice.

  • The commission can only be canceled and refunded in the sketch or concept phase. Anything after the concept phase cannot be refunded.

  • Unless otherwise specified, I am allowed to post your commission on my social media or add it to my portfolio.

  • I will not draw any mecha, gore or otherwise triggering content that could cause harm.

  • Certain sensitive subjects or NSFW may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

  • For sensitive subject matters, please describe your request in text before sending any reference images.

  • Pricing for Emergency Commissions will be a flat rate regardless of complexity.

Commercial Use

Material used for a business, marketing, or anything monetized will be subject to a separate fee. After paying this fee, I will provide you with the raw files you can edit. Please mention you are intending to use my art commercially in the initial quote.

Methods of Payment

My primary method of payment is through Square. However, I will also accept payment through Zelle or Paypal. Please contact me regarding any other payment method.

Pixel Brush

Pricing is subject to change based on background complexity, complex character designs, and/or chosen coloring or art style methods, except during emergency commissions. Please refer to the "Commission Information" page for additional pricing policies, or contact me for any questions.

Coloring Options

  • Full Color
    Fully colored and shaded, including background

  • Simple Color
    Coloring with minimal shading or restricted color palettes

  • Lineart
    No color, just the lines!

Emergency Pricing

  • Full Body - $25

  • 1/2 or 3/4 Body - $20

  • Headshot - $15

  • Sketch Only - $8
    Semi-clean sketch with no lineart or coloring

Concept Types

  • Character Design
    A design sheet that can include full body front and back portraits, accessory close-ups, important details and different character emotions

  • Outfit Design
    A design sheet for one or more outfit concepts, inlcluding front and back drawings and detail close-ups

Lined

These avatars are sets of images (frames for talking and blinking) that can be used for a variety of purposes. You will receive each individual frame in image format. Upon request, I can turn make GIFs or format it for use in Veadotube (a live avatar program).

Emergency Pricing

  • Basic Set (4 Emotions) $35

  • Extended Set (5-8 Emotions) $45

  • Each additional emotion is $5
